Through our Community Service Program, students learn relational skills like civility, respect, interdependence, honesty and responsibility. These projects come in a variety of forms–short and long-term, both volunteer and court-mandated–and yet, each community service endeavor reinforces our efforts to encourage students to reach their potential both as individuals and as members of their community. To promote the value of engagement with the broader community, students and staff participate in a variety of service projects throughout the community like calling bingo at the senior center, repairing homes with Good Neighbors or sorting clothing at The Bridge or the Kennett Clothing Closet.
