We have a New Building!
Avondale Garage
This Fall, The Garage tOOk possession of 121 Pennsylvania Ave in the Borough of Avondale. This space opens the doors to a bounty of opportunities and services for the Avon Grove community.
The change is bittersweet, as our West Grove Garage will be absorbed by this space, but the growth opportunities in this new space cannot be achieved in our current location.
With over 11,000 square feet, our program space will more than triple in the Avon Grove School District!
Working with a very generous seller, The Garage will be able to purchase and completely renovate this space for an approximate cost of $900,000.
