Crystal is a committed, heart-focused member of the community who believes in fostering meaningful connections and empowering those around her. Raised in Kennett Square, she understands the importance of community support. As a former YoungMoms participant, Crystal experienced firsthand the profound impact that such organizations and volunteers can have — an experience that inspires her to give back and uplift youth and families.

Crystal’s most meaningful work was as a Bilingual Family Engagement Specialist for the Early Learning Resource Center of Chester County. In this role she partnered with families, strengthened community connections, and helped ensure access to essential resources, with a focus on childcare assistance and early education. She also brings years of experience in retail management and customer service, which strengthens her ability to connect with others and lead with empathy.

Above all, family is at the heart of everything Crystal does. Spending time with her daughter and loved ones continues to guide and motivate her work.
